The Scottish SPCA has around 380 members of staff and over 700 volunteers and we are proud to be accredited with Investors in People and the Living Wage Foundation. We generate our own income through fundraising, membership, legacies and other corporate sponsorship initiatives. In 2020 our turnover was £15.4m. We are the Scottish SPCA. To provide strategic vision and leadership for income generation at the Scottish SPCA. To accelerate the growth of fundraising across a diversified range of income streams and achieve long term, sustainable income growth while developing mutually beneficial partnerships and supporter relationships. You will work strategically and collaboratively with colleagues and stakeholders to support the development and implementation of our strategic and business planning process.
