£24,000 to £26,000

Strategic Purpose

Professional fundraising will achieve The Leprosy Mission Scotland’s vision to end leprosy. Generating abundant and sustainable finances to facilitate programs and empower our implementing partners to deliver the global Triple Zero strategy through:

  • Investing in meaningful engagement with Scots, through fundraising campaigns and activities
  • Achieving return on investment (ROI) strategic KPIs

The primary purpose of the role is to increase TLMS’ income by creating and delivering an excellent supporter experience. To diversify opportunities to support TLM’s amazing work and create fantastic points of engagement for our donors, legacy supporters and community fundraisers.

To recruit new and support established Ambassadors, groups and churches, and volunteers in the community. Through excellent relationship building skills supporting all aspects of the supporter experience.

To be the first point of contact on the phone to develop the thriving network of Scottish supporters necessary to achieve the strategic and job purpose.

To communicate TLMS’ key messaging to supporters including individuals, Churches and Community groups.
