Vacancies with Leuchie House

Salaries: 28-32K

Closing Date: Monday 17th April 2023

Interview Date: 21st/24th April 2023 on site at Leuchie House

Thank you for considering a role within our award-winning fundraising team.

We have a strong fundraising track record, frequently ‘punching above our weight’ with respect to our size and location. We continue to be very well supported by local donors and are working to expand this support to reflect our intake of guests from across Scotland.

Our team is highly purpose driven and ambitious, and we’re looking for someone who will grow with us and drive change. You will be a part of an integrated fundraising, marketing and communications team where we have a strong commitment to using our colleagues’ talents and passions to drive forward our mission. We offer flexible working and career development in a supportive environment.

If you have fundraising experience in Trusts, Individual Giving or Community & Events that can help grow our organisation, we would love to hear from you.

Director of Income & Communications

Leuchie House is a national charity dedicated to supporting families living with the devastating effects of a range of neurological conditions including MS, MND, Parkinson’s and the effects of stroke through individualised respite breaks and other services.

We aim to be more than just a change of caring environment and instead offer a wonderful holiday experience, enabled by our expert nurse-led care. We deliver a number of programmes aimed to enhance the well-being of our guests during their stay, ensuring the benefits they experience last long after they’ve returned home.

Leuchie is entering an exciting period of expansion. Three additional bedrooms have been created for our traditional respite service. We have acquired a self-catering facility and begun to diversify our services in order to support a greater number of people living with neurological conditions in more ways, and beyond the walls of Leuchie House.

We have ambitious plans to become the National Assessment Centre for Enabling Technology, which will see us support people who experience disability as a result of a neurological condition to live more independently through the use of technology.
